About Zelgano Studies

What does Zelgano Studies do?
Zelgano Studies provides administrative consultancy and business studies to help organizations document processes, clarify responsibilities, improve administrative workflows and make better-informed business decisions.

Depending on the agreed scope, our services include SOP and policy development, process reviews, administrative and project support, market research, competitor analysis and feasibility studies.
Who are your services intended for?
We work with growing SMEs, established businesses, project-based companies and contractors, hospitality and service operators, and entrepreneurs evaluating business opportunities.

We are based in Abu Dhabi and focus on serving businesses in Abu Dhabi and the wider UAE, subject to the scope of each assignment.
Do you work with businesses outside Abu Dhabi?
Our primary focus is Abu Dhabi and the wider UAE. Whether an assignment can be delivered remotely, on-site or through a combination of both depends on the service, location, information required and agreed working arrangements.

Please contact us to discuss your requirements.
Which services do you provide?
Our main service areas are:

- Administrative systems: business process documentation, policies, SOPs and organizational documentation.
- Operations improvement: administrative reviews, workflow analysis and practical recommendations.
- Administrative and project support: document control, coordination, minutes and reporting.
- Business studies and research: market research, competitor analysis, feasibility and operational studies.
- Knowledge and professional development: relevant workshops, toolkits and administrative resources where offered within our authorized scope.

The services available for a particular assignment depend on our applicable authorization and the agreed scope.

Engagement, Deliverables and Fees

How does an engagement begin?
Start by sending an enquiry through our contact form. We will review your requirements and contact you using the details you provide.

If the request appears suitable, we can discuss the objectives, information available, expected deliverables and possible approach before preparing a proposal.

Submitting an enquiry does not oblige you to proceed.
What happens after the initial consultation?
Where appropriate, we prepare a proposal describing the agreed scope, deliverables, fees, estimated timeline, client responsibilities and relevant payment terms.

Work begins after the required acceptance and any agreed initial payment or other start conditions have been completed.
What will I receive at the end of a project?
You receive the deliverables specified in your approved proposal. Depending on the assignment, these may include documented procedures, policies, workflow maps, review reports, research findings, feasibility assessments or project-administration records.

The proposal should clarify the format, level of detail, review stages, handover arrangements and any included revisions.
How much do your services cost?
Fees depend on the nature and complexity of the assignment, the information available, the research required, the deliverables and the expected duration.

Where published, our indicative price ranges are guides rather than binding offers unless expressly stated otherwise. We confirm the applicable fee and payment arrangements in the proposal before work begins.
Do you offer fixed-price projects or monthly support?
Depending on the assignment, work may be arranged as a defined project, hourly consultancy or an ongoing monthly arrangement.

Fixed-price projects are most suitable when the scope and deliverables can be clearly defined. Monthly support may suit organizations with continuing administrative or consultancy requirements.

The available arrangement, fee and included services are agreed individually.
Can you work with our existing documents and systems?
Yes, where the assignment requires it and appropriate access can be arranged. Existing policies, procedures, forms, reports and workflow information may help us understand the current situation and identify documentation or process improvements.

The scope should specify which materials are reviewed, what access is required and how information will be transferred securely.

Confidentiality, Scope and Results

How do you handle confidential information?
We aim to handle information responsibly and use it for the purposes of responding to your enquiry or delivering the agreed engagement.

The applicable privacy practices are described in our Privacy Policy. For client projects involving confidential business information, the relevant proposal or service agreement should set out any specific confidentiality, access, storage and information-handling requirements.

Please do not send sensitive or commercially critical documents through the general contact form.
Can you guarantee business results or cost savings?
No. Research, process reviews and recommendations can support decision-making, but results depend on factors such as the accuracy of available information, business conditions, implementation and decisions made by the client.

We agree the scope and intended deliverables in advance and do not guarantee commercial success, profitability, regulatory approval or specific savings.
Do you provide legal, accounting, recruitment or business-setup services?
These are not presented as core Zelgano Studies services where they fall outside our authorized scope.

If a requirement needs a separate regulated or specialist provider, we may discuss whether an appropriate independent provider can be engaged. Any such arrangement, responsibility and fee should be clarified before work proceeds.
How can I get started?
Use the contact form to tell us a little about your business, the service you are considering and what you need to achieve.

We will review your enquiry and respond using the contact details you provide. If the requirement is suitable, the next step may be an initial discussion and a scoped proposal.
